Clear Vision

This week we had our annual Strategy meeting where we looked at all we accomplished in 2016 and communicated our road map for 2017.  In the midst of all that we do each day, it is important to stop and reflect on how you got to where you are and make sure you have a clear vision.  The quote by C.S. Lewis, "Isn't it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back everything is different..." sums it up well. Last year we made amazing progress on the core components necessary to scale our business and take our service delivery to the next level. It happened by hard work, focus and having the right people on our team working on what is important. We didn't do it by being revolutionary, but instead evolutionary, building on our successes one small increment at a time.

An important element of achieving results is to know where we are going. We make sure that we use our Core Values as a filter to make sure we do what is right for our employees and our customers. We also reflect on what is unique about us that allows us to consistently deliver the best IT service in the industry as noted in the core of our message. As a symbol of us having a clear vision of our goals we all put on our Steam Punk Goggles and had fun with it.

We think 2017 will be a great year for iuvo Technologies as we work hard and play hard. Having a team of A+ players is a great way to do it, and we hope that our customers will continue to take advantage of the team and technology that we have created. 2017....here we come.
