Work-life balance is crucial, and can be hard to maintain, especially if you’re working remotely. That’s why we’re so excited to announce that iuvo Technologies has been named as one of the Best Companies for Work-Life Balance by Comparably. This is the first year we’ve won this award, and follows our previous win for Best Companies for Career Growth by Comparably last quarter
The 5th annual list of the highest-rated companies with the Best Work-Life Balance – part of Comparably’s annual Best Places to Work series – are determined based on sentiment feedback provided by employees on Comparably.com over the past year. Workers were asked a variety of questions on topics related to their overall work-life balance. This distinction is segmented into two lists: Top 100 Large companies (more than 500 employees) and Top 100 Small/Mid-Size companies (500 employees or fewer).
When asked about the win, President and CEO, Bryon Beilman said, “It's one thing to say you have a good work-life balance, but another completely to win an award for it. The only way that this can happen is to have it built into your DNA; into your culture.”
iuvo Technologies is passionate about our nine core values, and they’re present in every interaction we have. We’re committed to ensuring our employees can maintain their work-life balance —with "People first" being a main pillar. Not only is this evident through our day-to-day actions, but also through our networking events and other events, including our most recent Business & Technology Leadership Symposium.
“Winning this award is great and it validates that we are true to our culture and value people, which is our number one focus,” Beilman said.
Despite COVID-19, moving to a fully remote environment, and other challenges, iuvo Technologies grew by 39% in between 2021 and 2022, and is excited to keep that momentum growing throughout 2023 and beyond. Our focus is on developing and expanding our Life Sciences & Biotech, DevOps and Cloud services.
