Margot Bloomstein is one of the most prominent voices in the content strategy industry. She is the author of Trustworthy: How the Smartest Brands Beat Cynicism and Bridge the Trust Gap (2021) and Content Strategy at Work: Real-World Stories to Strengthen Every Interactive Project (2012), as well as the principal of Appropriate, Inc., a brand and content strategy consultancy based in Boston. As a speaker and strategic advisor, over the past 20 years she has worked with a range of brands, including the American Montessori Society, Carnegie Mellon University, Fidelity, Harvard University, Lindt and Sprüngli, Peterson’s, Sallie Mae, Sanofi, Timberland, and Tufts University. The creator of BrandSort, she developed the popular message architecture-driven approach to content strategy. She teaches in the graduate program at FH Joanneum University in Austria and speaks around the world about brand-driven content strategy and designing for trust.

Michael Joseph is a networking and security leader with a passion for highly tolerant and secure solutions. He has been in roles ranging from consultancy to the US Air Force on network management to technical leadership in a number of venture-backed network and security product companies as well as a global leadership role for Akamai Technologies before starting Technium. While at Technium, Michael has been a visionary in fundamental security operations practices, partnering with Technium's customers to build and operate highly available and secure environments for more than 15 years. Michael also maintains a role of Vice President of IT for Ethos Veterinary Health, a longtime customer where he has built a team of 20 and orchestrated an infrastructure and security technology protecting 20 hospitals across the United States.
